Little Boss is a program that is aimed at educating children of ages 12 and below, in terms of financial literacy. This idea came about after observing that many children do not know how to properly handle their finances, which results in poor savings, poor spending and lower quality of life, even later in adulthood.

Objective

This program truly promotes entrepreneurship in young kids and gives them exposure to run a business. It aims to introduce and promote awareness of financial literacy at a young age, and eventually improve the quality of life of the society at large.

To raise Future Leaders to empower young people.

To create bonding between parents and children.
To create awareness of giving back to the community for a charitable cause.
To create the opportunity to unplug and connect face-to-face with the public (including other children and positive, young-adult role models)

To develop positive mindset, attitude and independence in children by providing them the opportunity to experience outdoor childhood fun.

What Will Kids Explore

Budget & Finance

Public Speaking

Corporate Visit

Children will be required to learn to present their products and come up with ideas to attract consumers. There will be pre-events to train and prepare participants for this purpose, through workshops and corporate visits. Through this experience, children will also gain exposure in public speaking. Apart from that, children will get the chance to interact with others and improve their social skills. All the profits (or loss) made during their sale in this program will be kept by the participants, enabling children to know their cost and profit.

International Colloboration
